Part 1 Convention Booking

This is handled by Waveney (which is the name that will appear on your credit card statement) on behalf of Odyssey 2010.

Once the form is filled in, the charging is handled securely, from secure pages by WorldPay.

There is a limit of one toy/apocryphal membership per paying member.

Please book for people at the SAME address only. If you want to book for a party, who have different addresses, please go through the form once for each address. We need to know addresses to send progress reports, and may need to contact you about hotels etc.

Due to attempted fraudulent applications for membership from Nigeria, we are exercising our right to restrict membership. Therefore individuals from any country whose nationals require a visa for entry to the UK will require authentification of their identification and their right of entry into the UK by the British Embassy within their country before membership is accepted.

If your legal name is one word, please put it in the Surname field and put a couple of spaces for your forename.

Badge names will default to your full name, unless you specify something else.

PART 2 - HOTEL BOOKING FORM

This form is for booking rooms at the Radisson. Overflow hotels will be announced in due course.

You can change or cancel your room booking later, if your plans change. If you no longer require your hotel room please let us know, as you may be liable for the room cost if you book it and then don't turn up.

You are responsible for settling your own bills with the hotel at the convention.

Room Requirements

If you are booking a twin/ double/ triple room, for a group of people who are all on this form, only one adult in the party needs to fill out the hotel form.

If people sharing a room have booked separately, then each person must indicate the room type and name the other person as the sharer.

All bookings for multiple occupancy rooms will only be accepted on a full occupancy basis. If only one person books and does not indicate whom they will be sharing with, or that they want a sharer (you may enter TBA if you are unsure who you will be sharing with at this stage), The convention will treat the booking as a twin, with a request for a sharer.

The main hotel is virtually full please see the hotel section of the website for overflow hotel information after you have completed your membership form.

Final room booking details have now been passed on to the hotel so please be aware that while the hotel will try to accommodate any further changes you would like to make, it may not be possible for them to do so.
