Our Guests of Honour are:

Alastair Reynolds

Alastair is the author of eight novels to date, five of which are set in the same universe. His most recent book is the standalone novel HOUSE OF SUNS, a far-future galaxy spanning space opera. Prior to writing he has worked as a scientist within the European Space Agency.

Iain M Banks

Iain M. Banks is the author of ten science fiction novels and one short fiction collection. Iain has been acclaimed as one of the most powerful, innovative and exciting writers of his generation and The Guardian has called him "the standard by which the rest of SF is judged". Liz Williams

Liz is the author of several science fantasy novels. She has lived and worked in Kazakhstan and her experiences there are reflected in her novel Nine Layers of Sky.

Mike Carey

Our Artist Guest of Honour is:

Carlos Ezquerra

Carlos began working on British comics in 1972 and is the graphic creator of Judge Dredd, Strontium Dog, Al's Baby and many other characters for Fleetway Editions. He is currently working on Judge Dread with John Wagner and on Bloody Mary for D.C. Comics.
