The Radisson Edwardian Hotel
Odyssey 2010 will be held at the five-star Radisson Edwardian Hotel, at
Heathrow Airport near London.

About the hotel
The Radisson Edwardian Heathrow has hosted a large number of conventions, including Orbital in 2008 and Evolution, the 1996 Eastercon. The hotel is undergoing a rolling programme of improvements and we anticipate that a number of key changes will have taken place by the time hotel hosts Odyssey in 2010. In particular, the air conditioning system in the Royal suite and other key areas will be moderised over the next six months. The hotel has over 450 rooms, a luxury health spa, complimentary wireless Internet access, and a large car park.
The Radisson Edwardian is only minutes away from Heathrow Airport and so has very good transport links. It is close to the M4 and M25 motorways, and it is within the Heathrow Freeflow Free Fare Zone, which gives free-of-charge access to two nearby London Underground stations, and to Heathrow Airport Central Bus Station.
In addition to the hotel's own restaurant and brasserie, there are two other restaurants withing walking distance, and several more in nearby Hounslow. We will have Real Ale in the con bar, and there will be mushrooms for breakfast.
Booking
You can book your rooms when you sign up on the Registration Form.
If you didn't book your room when you booked your membership, you can book it now by editing your membership details using the link provided in the confirmation email sent to you at the time. If you don't have this to hand, you can request another confirmation email here.
Please book your hotel rooms through the convention, and not directly with the hotel. We have negotiated function space based on the number of hotel rooms we will fill, and you only count towards our allocation if you book through us. So, please, book your rooms through the convention, and help the committee sleep at night!
No deposit is required, when you make your booking.

The Radisson does have cots for infants but there are only a few left unbooked, so if you are a family with young child and want to stay in the Radisson, you should contact Membership Services as soon as possible to arrange this. There will be family rooms available in one of the nearby overflow hotels at a later stage. Please note the hotel no longer has any triple rooms.
All hotel room prices are priced per room, per night, and include bed and
breakfast.
