Overflow hotels

As of October 2009, the convention's rooms at the the main hotel, the Radisson Edwardian, are fully booked. However, we are making arrangements for special convention rates at other nearby hotels, and full details will be published here.

  • Our first overflow hotel is the Park Inn Heathrow, a short walk away from the Radisson Edwardian, or one stop on the free bus service.
  • The Renaissance London Heathrow, approximately 300 metres from the Radisson Edwardian on the other side of Bath Road. There are two light-controlled pedestrian crossings across Bath road with dropped curbs to allow easy transit. We added this hotel in November 2009.
  • The Marriott London Heathrow, located about 250 metres along Bath Road from the Radisson Edwardian. This hotel was added in December 2009, is where you can book overflow family rooms, as well as single and double rooms.

Both the Renaissance London Heathrow and the Marriott London Heathrow are part of the Marriot chain, but they're different hotels, so don't get confused!

Note: Bedrooms can be cancelled up until 1 week prior to the date with no cancellation charge. Any bedrooms cancelled later than one week prior to the event will incur cancellation charges.

 

Marriott London Heathrow

Available for bookings from Tuesday 30th March to Sunday April 11th; any booking must include 2nd to 4th April. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required.

Please be aware:

  • You are responsible for settling your own account on departure, which will also include any parking that may be used.
  • You will be asked to provide credit card details when booking in order to guarantee your room. If you book accommodation in the overflow hotel but do not turn up, a no show charge may be made to your credit card.

Car parking

The Park Inn Heathrow has an outdoor car park.

Parking at the Renaissance is charged at £10 per 24 hours.

Parking at the Marriot will be charged at £12 per car per night.
